Founded in 1956, Duif International has developed into a successful and growing company that imports products from all over the world. Our main focus is on importing hardware for flowers, plants, interiors, gardens, and gift items for both retail and wholesale. Our product range includes a wide variety of items such as glassware, ceramics, woven materials, metalwork, woodwork, and artificial flowers. Almost all of our products are available directly from our distribution centres in Warmond and/or Poland. Click here to discover more.
You can create a customer account by registering through our online shop.
If you would like to order items from us, you can do so via our webshop, by phone or by email. Ordering through the webshop is simple: select the quantity of the item you want and add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the basket icon. Then go to the shopping basket and follow the instructions to complete your order. You can also order by phone or email. In this case, please have the following information ready
- Chamber of Commerce and/or VAT number
- The item numbers and quantities of the items you wish to order
Duif International only supplies to business customers (business to business). Private individuals cannot buy from us.
- Minimum order is €200
- Free delivery in the Netherlands for orders over €1,000
- Free delivery in Belgium for orders over €1,500
- Free delivery in Germany for orders over €2,000
- Transport costs are calculated when the order is placed
- Delivery to other countries on request, free delivery not available
- Orders can also be collected from the warehouse in Warmond
We accept the following methods of payment:
- iDeal (only available to customers with a Dutch bank account)
- By credit card
- On account (after approval of credit limit)
- Payment in advance (if you choose this option, please send a screenshot of your order to info@duif.nl)
You can apply for a credit limit. In order to approve this, we need to check various details. Please contact us for more information.
Our prices are calculated per item when purchasing a packaging unit. There is a staggered discount for pallet orders. The detail page for each item will show the price difference between the two options.
In general, all items ordered before 10:00am CET are shipped the same day. However, orders shipped from our warehouse in Poland will be delivered a few days later due to transport. If items are in transit, they can be ordered later as soon as they are in stock.
To change the details you entered in your order, please contact our sales department by phone or email.
A Cash & Carry is a store where customers can select and pick up their items directly. We have two locations where you may visit a Cash & Carry. For more information, please visit our locations page.
We have two Inspiration Centres. The Inspiration Centre at our head office in Warmond offers the opportunity to be inspired, create collections and buy items (also in large quantities). The Inspiration Center in our Cash & Carry at the flower auction (Green Trade Center) also offers the opportunity to be inspired, create collections and buy items directly.
It is very important for us to create a comfortable and cozy living environment, so that people can enjoy their homes without worrying. We therefore strive to manufacture our products in a fair way. We are a member and active participant in the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). Launched in 2003 by the Foreign Trade Association (FTA), BSCI aims to improve working conditions in high-risk countries around the world. The core of BSCI is the implementation of the Code of Conduct, which focuses on ensuring that our suppliers respect and follow principles such as the prohibition of child labour, occupational safety and fair remuneration.
If you have received a discount code, you can enter it in the first step of the checkout process at the bottom of your shopping basket page. Then click the 'ADD' button to activate the discount code.
If your discount code is not working, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The discount code has already been used.
- The discount code has expired.
- The discount code only applies to certain items and/or promotions.
- There is a technical issue that is preventing the discount code from working.

Are you looking for a customised product? We are open to your ideas. We offer our customers the opportunity to order customised products in larger quantities, completely tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

If you have a question or are experiencing a problem, it is best to get in touch with your account manager. If you do not have a regular contact, please contact the head office using the details on the contact page.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during step 3 ('Payment') of the checkout process. These costs are based on the volume of your order and vary depending on the delivery address and country of destination.
If you place an order on weekdays before 10:00 AM CET, it will be shipped the same business day. Orders after 10:00 AM CET are shipped the next business day.
Netherlands and Belgium: For delivery addresses in the Netherlands or Belgium, the following principle generally applies: If you order before 10:00 AM CET and the goods are in our warehouse in the Netherlands, your order will be delivered the next day.
Germany, France, United Kingdom: For delivery addresses in Germany, France or the United Kingdom, delivery is made within 42-78 hours, provided the goods come from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Rest of Europe: For deliveries to other European addresses, the delivery time is 5 working days, provided the goods are in our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please note: Our deliveries are only made on business days. If your order is shipped from our warehouse in Poland instead of the Netherlands, please allow an additional 3 working days for delivery.
You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse in Warmond. You can indicate this during checkout in your shopping basket.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter in a number of ways:
- You can click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each newsletter. This button is located in the footer of the newsletter.

Your username is the same as your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one by clicking 'Forgot your password' on the login page. Then enter your email address and click submit. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
To change your billing address, please contact our head office. However, you can also easily change your delivery address by logging into your personal account on our website.
